PS Server stuck on loading screen

Several attempts to load the server and after hours of waiting- not loading or allowing spawn- was working perfectly less than 24 hours ago.

Please submit a bug report with the host and client output logs from your game session so we can take a look. This would be from whomever is hosting (host) and the person joining (client) the game.

I just reported this bug from another server as I can't report in game-
The host the server username is T_knowles
