Windows Server Rejection and Validated File Check

I have had no issues with logging onto owned server game via Steam until today. I repeatedly receive a report of not being able to contact my server when i attempt to enter with the address and port. Subsequent file validation reports 1 file error and its reacquisition. File revalidation comes back clean. Same error...same 1 bad file... rinse and repeat. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I've made zero progress. No changes were made to the firewall and/or other associated files. Other parties aren't having any difficulty, using their much older computers. I'm at a loss for what to try next.

At a loss to tell you what is going wrong without having logs. There is a Pinned thread in this section that tells you to read it before starting a thread. I would suggest reading it thoroughly, and following the instructions. Logs from both your client and server when this occurs would be needed.
