Server disconnected you

Hello. When connecting to a friend it gives the following error: "Server disconneted you: This servser does not support clients for your crossplatform (platformNameNone)" . I tried reinstalling the game, but it didn't help. Other friends may connect, but I can't. What can be wrong?
