Server Description not being shown in Server Browser

As the title states, the server description is not being shown in server browser. Here are my config settings, and an image that I, and others who try to connect see. https://pastebin.com/JpsrF8Dt

Not sure what other information may be needed, please let me know and I can provide it.

The log from the server would be good. From your client might be useful as well.

K the server is on another pc let me send it to myself and then upload those too, all I know is so far 3 different pcs, one not in this household, see the same thing I do, I would also like to note, when we did servers on this pc a few months ago that were not experimental, I don't remember which Alpha it was, we did not have any issues and it showed everything just fine

The server description is in the serverconfig in that first pastebin but I can paste exactly what it is supposed to say, the confirmation text does show up once logged in:
