Serious problems that I have encountered...

I want to be perfectly clear from the start: I was genuinely excited for this game, and I actually enjoy the core gameplay. However, the issues I've faced aren't minor nitpicks; they are fundamental problems that, taken together, completely prevent me from playing and enjoying the product I paid for.
And I also want to say that when I say something about developers or mention them, I will mean iLLOGIKA.

1) The Bug Report System is a Dead End
The game has a Bug Report feature, which is a great idea on paper. But its implementation is, frankly, baffling. The form itself states that they will not be working on your specific issue, but thanks you for sending it anyway. -???
This makes me question the logic behind it. What is the point? Do the developers genuinely believe that the correct response to a player's bug report, complaint, or feedback is to simply archive it on a server and forget about it? Shouldn't I at least receive an automated response with a ticket number, or ideally, some follow-up on my problem?

2) Progress Does Not Save
My progress is not saving. I feel like I'm the only one with this problem, as barely anyone else seems to be complaining. The game only remembers my character skin and equipment preset. But all my resources, level, purchases, and skills - everything is reset to zero after I log out.
I can't disable Steam Cloud - the option simply doesn't exist in the game's properties on Steam. Yet, the game has no problem throwing a Steam Cloud synchronization error at me. So what am I supposed to do? Launch the game only to lose everything every time? Or just refund it and move on?
This is incredibly frustrating and makes me doubt the team's competence. It's hard to believe they had a hand in the polished perfection of Cuphead when looking at the state of 7 Days Blood Moons. The strong impression is that the game was barely tested at all.
I was a game tester; I even have the Pimp Outfit to prove it. Back then, I couldn't get past the main menu - that seems to be fixed. But what's the point if I can't save my progress?

3) Twitch Drops Are Broken
I gifted 2 subscriptions to a streamer in the Creator Program, got the drop (Watcher Set), and successfully claimed it - the checkmark is there. But the set simply does not appear in the game. I've been waiting since the release of Blood Moons.
Twitch Support stated the problem is on the game developers' side. But again, how do I contact them? Through that useless Google Form?
I really hope the set arrives in 7 Days to Die in December as promised, otherwise it will be just ridiculous. The Fun Pimps, please don't let me down.

(4) The Matchmaking Is Broken
I can't find any matches. In Quick Play, once in a blue moon, I might get into a lobby, but then nothing happens. Five players just stand there with a green "Ready" status - and that's it. I sat there for an hour with nothing changing.
The only place I can somewhat play is in Custom Play. But, as I've already said, all progress is wiped after leaving. What is the point? All I want is to be able to have a cozy gaming session with friends, and I can't even do that.
And I'm tired of repeating myself about those useless Google Forms...

A final word for those who might think I'm just a "perpetually dissatisfied hater" - I am NOT.
Let me say it again: I like the gameplay. I swear I would be playing this if it were actually possible. But I can't. Right now, it's a main menu simulator that, in its current state, is not worth its price tag. And you don't need to be a game developer to understand that.
This post wouldn't even exist if the bug report system actually dealt with players' problems, instead of just collecting them for who-knows-what.
Right now, I am angry at this game. I deeply dislike all the trouble it has put me through.

Could you post the exact words shown in the google form? My guess would be that this is just a disclaimer that they won't give you a guarantee to fix your bug immediately or reply to you. Because IF they made the effort to add that report function it will have some use.

Again just guessing, but internally they probably collect bugs and rate them for severity and number of people afflicted by it. Then work on that list from top to bottom. If you were the only one with a bug it could mean that fixing takes a looong time, if it gets fixed at all. A bug seen only by one person is often not the fault of the program whereas a bug seen by at least two is often something needing a fix. Often a precondition of fixing a bug is that it can be reproduced, not likely if the cause is something else.

So, provided I am right, you really should report your bugs.

I have been trying to figure out the watcher drop for a month now. I made sure 10x over that the correct account is hooked up, disconnected it and reconnected it.. blah blah. I'm really frustrated and disappointed because this is the only skin I've like the design of so far and have been looking forward to using it since it was announced.

Hey, really sorry I didn't see this earlier but it's been a hot minute since I was in the 7DTD forums. I work QA with iLLOGIKA for Blood Moons so even though it's late I thought I could help address your issues here. First, I ONLY WORK QA and I don't actually work for iLLOGIKA, I work with them so I don't have full access to everything so I'm sorry if I can't be 100 percent helpful but I'll do my best.

1) the bug reports are actually collected and updated quite regularly. I have a google doc open on my pc a right now actually. I do see your name on here too. I apologize again. The bug reports only collect data really and we don't have a way to contact you in regards to the issues that you reported. I see your name with the bug report but that's all the info I have other than the issues, reproduction steps, etc. So any issue that would require any sort of correspondence can't easily be fixed from the bug form. The best advice I could give is going to the Blood Moons Discord for anything requiring assistance, unfortunately the bug reporting form isn't set up for that. The Discord forum is closely monitored by iLLOGIKA staff and many mods there so you should get help relatively quickly.

2) this wasn't just you but the number of people affected by this bug was quite low at the time. It should be fixed now, I believe this was addressed with one of the early hotfixes.

3) again, you must have all the bad luck because this also affected a very small minority of players, myself included. What fixed it for most people was to unlink and then relink your twitch account. If this doesn't fix it then I strongly suggest going to the Blood Moons discord forums where you can add you name to the open ticket there. iLLOGIKA staff will have to fix it for you and they'll ask for some info from you to help set that up

4) yeah you've got me there. If you've played recently you've probably noticed that the matchmaking feature has been turned off now for the time being and people are just creating their own public lobbies. iLLOGIKA made the decision to temporarily remove the matchmaking so that people would have an easier time finding lobbies while the player base grows.

I hope this helped you, and again, I don't actually work for iLLOGIKA but I work with them so fixing some of these issues are beyond my scope but I hope at least you got the answers you need or I was able to point you in the right direction. Also, if you haven't played in a while there have been many updates in the past two months, I think 18 now with five new maps, the rodeo clown zombie and many, many bug fixes.
