Searching for a specific mod

eh, Hello. iam asking for a favor for a Little help finding a mod.

iam searching a specific mod that is also in undead legacy, it allows the player to pick up most of the blocks and furniture, like a fridge, ore fuel barrels and so on, and i want to know whats the mod called so i can use it for singleplayer purpose.
if anyone knows which mod it is please inform me. thank you

You might want to take a look at what LootGoblin is sharing here. It's been a while since I've seen such mods being shared here in the forum that perform that single type of task. You could always ask the LootGoblin to expand offerings beyond decorative things.
