Hello. Is there any possibility, when using a sniper scope, to disable it without removing the modification from the slot?

 
I recommend the modification of the "dlx weapons fix", it does not remove the sights, but replaces them with a better option, as well as makes the sights more accurate, adds special effects, improves the appearance of weapons and animation.
