Hello I have the 7DTDserverupdateutility from phoenix125.com but the server restart announcements are not working and the support is literally nonexistent for this software in 2025.

My server restarts are 1am, 7am, 1pm and 7pm UK time. Does anyone know a way to put in game scedualed server announcements of server restart? I have ServerTools, which does an announcement with a shutdown but I just want the announcement and I want it synced to the server.

I'm currently looking at somthing called csmm, Serverfixes and a mod called ServerKit, no idea if they have the feature I want but if I find a way I'll post it here.

Both CPM and ST have bloodmoon-aware shutdown commands with timed notifications. Then you can use CSMM to schedule the server shutdowns.

Nope. For our servers we used CSMM hooks to notify a player of the restart times on login, and we also had an announcement every two hours I believe. (It's been a while, so I may be wrong on the frequency. You can set it to whatever you want regardless.)

The ability to do what you want is already built into the tools you listed as using/researching. None of this is something that would be supported here. This section is for issues with the Vanilla client. I don't support 3rd-party mods.

If you need help with scheduling the announcements, seek help in the respective support channels of the tool you are using. This is why I linked you to the thread with that information.

You sent Linux and I don't use Linux and you also advised shutdown tools and I'm also not looking for that I want third party to switch the server on AND restart it.

Hope you get a warning for the complete wrong response to me

You mentioned csmm yourself, which is a linux software. It can be installed on windows as well, probably with the help of the linux layer built into windows, but as the following links says you need to be prepared for some troubleshooting:

Since using linux especially for 7 days servers is quite common, it is on you to exactly mention what platform you need your stuff for.

No, I did not send Linux.  CSMM is primarily rented. Sure you can host it on Linux, or on Windows using WSL2. However, most people using it are renting the service where Cata hosts the server for it.

And let us be perfectly clear here. You are the one who initiated the discussion including CSMM when you stated, "I'm currently looking at somthing called csmm".

As you already know, I don't take kindly to people lying about things. I don't take kindly to people putting words in my mouth that I did not utter either.

You asked for information, I provided it. You are choosing to skew the data. If you don't actually want help, don't ask.
