"scary" ambient sound

Is there a way to disable those supposedly scary ambient sound effetcs? i would like to have a crystal clear night, the crickets add a really nice touch to my nightly roaming but these "scary" ambient sounds really feel off place and i have to stop for them to stop playing so i can concentrate again on hearing the environemnt like zombies roaming around.

There should an additional slider or button for them.

Many of those "scary" sounds are just annoying I would agree. This mod was made for A21 but is still working in 1.0. The default settings go a little too far in removing sounds in my opinion but you can customize it. Without this, I'd be turning off all the Ambient sounds in settings.
