PC Satchels satchels everywhere!

Not a quest, just decided to loot the "Keep out" building in the wasteland, it has dogs, a pig and wolves in it.  Found my first satchel:

That was the first, I ended up finding 4 of these things in different spots, same poi.  All of them had nothing inside.  Not complaining, just thought it was unusual.  Was hoping to find a bag full of whiskey but no joy 🙂

Potential Fetch Quest bags. I've seen this and even knowing I wasn't doing a fetch quest, or even any quest at the poi, I still looked in every bag and asking myself, "why did you look when you already knew...?" :(

 
Yeah we kept finding houses with like 6 of these scattered around.  I'm guessing some kind of bug where they would spawn in when they shouldn't have.

 
This was my PoI base recently.  In my map is next to trader Jen and it has a leather trunk in it.
