Sandbox settings not working ?

Ive tried uninstall and reinstall deleted all saved games creative mode nor my sandbox settings are staying any thoughts or suggestions ?

Under the basic tab you will see a group slider. Press the arrows on that slider until you get user. Then underneath you'll see a slider for presets, click on those sliders until you get the name of the presets you created at the very end.

And make sure you actually saved the preset you made in the first place. Once saved, you have to choose it, as ElCabong said, when you are starting your new game or continuing your save. Once you pick it, it'll be there each time unless you later change it.
