I imagined that's why the little scavengers feed on those you've felled...and it's kind of fun to try and beat them to it.
Honestly, that would make the setting better. You step outside in the evening, a deer bolts past your front door followed by a parade of zombies trying (and forever failing) to catch it. I'm not sure I would ever NOT laugh at that.
That is why I asked
@schwanz9000 to add a separation or distintion for the
dog zombie bear and Direwolf. I have that enabled, the zombies only chase
them for a short period of time. My game logic is they lose them in the terrain
but we are too big. So to compensate an make it make sense I scaled grass,
so when I crouch, I am peeking through grass blades.
I increased timid spawn, but every predator has it's own setting for chase time.
The timids also if you, watch it look more natural, they are running all over the
place, and zombies with them. If they separate the ones above I could make
a near perfect full world of activity.
With increased enemy entity volume, there may be a lot more available to hunt
but I may only get one chop in before I have to run and wrap my meat.
If they add an animation, or a sticky property, I want to also have vultures swoop
down and take rabbits and chickens also.
