RTX 5070 Graphic and performance issues.

nah card would work even with PCIE 3.0 its not the issue. it more like game isn't compatible with graphic card. or drivers. i did test today fresh win 11. issue still here. its not my system. its not hardwere. only issue with this pc comes with this game. i just wait for update or driver for graphic card that will fix this.

Yeah if we had a lot of complaints about it I'd be concerned, but this does seem isolated, which doesn't help diagnosing this at all sadly. You could use CapFrameX which will give a much more verbose benchmarking reading. If you're using MSI Afterburner, uninstall it and don't use it again as it's been abandonware for many years now. As with all new launches, it does take time for them to work out all the kinks in driver updates. Try these too (from the Nvidia App):
i mean its issue only with graphic card. only what has change was 4060 -> 5070. then problem show start to exists. might new unity update in 2.0 or nvidia will do something. for now i just give up. will back after 2.0 and see if anything will change
