Rework of land claim block

Suggest to turn land claim into 2 meter height technical furniture with container for stuff and base repair system (which could be upgraded to buff efficiency)! In order for it to work - u would need to put resources depending on what type of block tier/material is used for the base (new tags for building blocks can be added)! The base with mixed materials would require mixed resources in order to prefent base decay! When land claimer would recieve specific resources it will slowly repair base part which recuires that specific material! If base with installed new landclaim will not recieve needable resources it will starts decay! The decay timer would depend on block hp!
