Reverting sleeper despawning rules back to pre v1.2

  • Improved active sleeper despawning rules to allow more distance and time 

    1) Where exactly can these two values be found (wording)?
    2) What were these values in v1.1?

    (This change has massive negative effects on my mod and is preventing me from updating it to v1.2)
