My guess would be a mod, or map generation error due to not cleaning out old data.

your screen shot is taken from within the world editor and not from the game. my screen shot is from the game. i went into world editor and see what you do but the blue loot helpers gave it away for me so thats how i know.
what you see in the editor is not what will readily appear in the game as deco is random.
to play the world you need to create new using the Lovie Mountains world giving it any seed... the pois will still be in the same place tho. deco will change which includes ores and resources.
