XBOX Resolving Multiplayer Privileges Unable to invite friend to my game

The invite selection is grayed out and I am getting a message: resolving multi-player privileges when I log into the world. How do I fix this?

Similar. It stopped the grey issue. Invites send and everyone is stuck on this screen endlessly.
Looks like there may be a partial outage for multiplayer servers

I have to wonder if Fun Pimps will get a work around to function without EPIC servers at some point... The Epic Online Services are used to map globally Unique User Ids (UUID) to each player so that crossplay can work.

Enemy Territory community had a conniption fit when Punk Buster dropped game support and a work around had to be made to work around the issue.
