I hit Start quest or "Reset" as some say. On the one of the POI's and got a console Error, didn't mind it much at first, then went to do the POI and realized a lot of the building is not even there. and i can see through it all.

Pregen 03 Survival
No edited configs, No major mods that would somehow go against terrain generation or similar. (a Dye mod, a Food/water mod and a inventory sorting mod)
Edit: reloading the world does not solve this problem.
