Repairing Tools don't degrade after upgrading a block.

As the title reads, repairing tools are free from degradation, when using them for upgrades only.

I don't think I've ever seen an upgrade tool degrade from upgrading anything, It'll only degrade if you use it as a weapon or to destroy something

Yeah, I haven't ever seen them degrade from upgrades either. I'm pretty sure that's intended behavior so that you don't have to repair them over and over when building large bases.
