Repairing Tools don't degrade after upgrading a block.

As the title reads, repairing tools are free from degradation, when using them for upgrades only.

I don't think I've ever seen an upgrade tool degrade from upgrading anything, It'll only degrade if you use it as a weapon or to destroy something

Yeah, I haven't ever seen them degrade from upgrades either. I'm pretty sure that's intended behavior so that you don't have to repair them over and over when building large bases.

Yeah good point, but not a bug for the moment. We have some equipment expansion ideas for later on, I'll keep this in mind when we get to that.
