upgrade broken workstations, generators, and banks to working ones using a wrench.

bellows for forge

beakers for chemstation

forged iron for workstation

engine for mixer

and electrical parts for the electricity items

then pick up the items and use the recipe to make fully functioning items

let me know if you see any glaring balance issue.

I am currently unable to assign a perk to the repairing of the workstations.
