Removing skill points from a character

I encountered a bug after completing the initial quest, instead of 4 skill points I was given 8. Is there any option to remove the extra points?

Other than to reset your character, I don't think there is any option to remove points.  You can refund them after spending them but you would still have 8.

Granpa's sauce that resets skill point might do it. Honestly I would not worry about it. Take the free points and move on. Or just don't use them.

If playing single player put them in to charisma. I think that should cancel them out nicely
