Remove level requirements for attributes and fix table saw bug

This xml file removes level requirements for attribute. Additionaly fix bug with table saw recipe.

Archive contains three version:

standart;

"hardcore" - additionaly lowering gaining xp by a quarter;

"for_lazy" - +2 Skill points each level.

i don't get why you didn't only just do "Remove level requirements for attributes"?

There's three versions. The standard one does just that.
