I used the 7DaystoDie Dedicated Server tool on steam and have a server running that I can connect to on my local network.
I'm trying to connect to the server from outside the network and have friends from different states connect as well. I have port 26900 forwarded to my computer (which also has a static IP address assigned by my router). I also have the web console and telnet enabled in the serverconfig.xml as well as also having those ports (8080 & 8081) forwarded to my computer.
Any time myself or a friend tries to connect to the server using my external IP address and port 26900 they are met with the message "Could not receive server info."
I'm not sure what I'm missing as I also have a separate computer running ubuntu that I'm able to SSH into just fine from outside my network.
