Reduced/No Armor Encumbrance modlet?

I know one exists but I have tried it and it doesn't seem to work in 17.2, Anyone able to whip up a x-path modlet for this? I was thinking half values of Vanilla, so 2% for light, 3% for heavy armor, insted fo 4% light 6% heavy as it currently is.
