Reduce health for non-full blocks

Are there any mods that reduce the health of non-full blocks for A21 or V1? I really hate trying to redesign POIs to build a base only to run into a ton of trim or tiny corner pieces with 5000 and 10000 health.

Or is there a config file I could edit to make this type of mod myself?
