Recover Saved Game

Is there a way to recover the saved games if you only have the main game folder and files? (C:\Users\ folders are gone)

Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die

 
Only if you can get them from the recycle bin. The saved games are stored in the user appdata folder unless you have directed the client to save them elsewhere.
