PC Rebar Frame full corner missing

Rebar Frame Full Corning seems to be missing in the rebar frame selection screen

For Rebar I only get a very small selection of shapes... about 4 I think... is that normal?

unfortunately this is normal, most experienced players start from flagstone (has all the shapes) and upgrade from there (it gives some pretty decent experience, although is slower than rebar to reinforced concrete)

rebar have 4 or 5 option only, for more shape you can use the wet concrete block that you can make in the concrete mixer

or start from flagstone or even wood frames like Synvastian suggested
