Real electric logical behavior

I have a request to model the game electric system after real world electric behavior with a few small changes.

1. all serial connections - device to device are and function - meaning you have to have power in and the device triggered to get power out. ex currently you can wire a trigger plate to a motion sensor then to a light and either the trigger or the motion sensor will turn the light on. they should both have to be on to turn on the light. 

2. wire relays have multiple inputs that operate as an or - this is called a wired or, if any one device that is wired to a relay is on the output(s) is/are on.

3. add a new block or a configuration to the wire relay that will invert output(s) of the input(s). this is a not function. ex. if you use a wire relay then if the input to the relay is off the outputs will be on and if the input to the relay is on the output will be off.

These are the 3 basic logic functions that will allow players to control their devices in any manner they desire.
