I play on the multip[layer server, the "clear" and "bring/clear" quests stopped working. There are no zombies but the quest is not completed, the 1st level of the quest is a small house, so it's impossible not to find it.

If they were working before and this is happening even after cancelling the quest for that POI and taking it again later when it appears, then it is likely a corrupted map issue that the server owner would need to deal with. It may also be a bad POI if it is a custom one, or a problem with one or more mods.
No matter the reason, this is something the server owner would need to fix as there isn't anything you can do to fix it as a player on a server.

This is my thought exactly. Take note of the exact name of the house that is being given for a quest. If this keeps happening at that same house (whether the exact same one, or another one just like it) then it is definitely the POI.Riamus said:
Not much you could do on a MP server, except avoid quests from that house in the future.
