Question regarding ServerToolsConfig

So I've played on multiple servers and I've seen legit buildings set for /market and /fort. To those that are familiar with these commands, are these buildings custom made in-game or added as a pre-fab? Does the custom_commands line have to be enabled?

Those buildings are typically custom-made by the admins of the server. As for waypoint usage in ServerTools, you may want to ask in their thread about how that works, or read their documentation.
