PC Question on Stamina Degradation and Harvesting

Hello all,

Just wanted to know if the updated Sexual Tyrannosaurus Perk (Alpha 17) applies it's reduced Stamina Degradation to Harvesting resources with say an Axe or Wrench.

I want to know if it is worth leveling the Strength Attribute early on or not.

Best perk for stamina issues at Mining is S-Trex

Best mod is these Black rubber handle that reduce stamina usage (except auger theres the best one the damagereducing mod)
