PC Question crossplay

Hello, I have a question regarding Crossplay. I'm a PC gamer and a friend plays on PS5. We tried to play together but I couldn't join him in the game. Is it possible to play PC-PS5 crossplay please?

I know it says server name or world name but I got it to work by searching the server creators gamertag. Hope this helps
