Question about modding the compound bow graphics

Hi,

New to modding here but keen to have a go. I want to change the compound bow aiming reticle to be more effective at various ranges (especially long distance) so I would like to just space out the graphics of the bottom 2 pins of the default one a little.

Can someone help me with how I would be able to achieve this desired result ?
