Quality of life improvement to items requiring skill

As a quality of life improvement (especially for entry level players) my suggestion is to have a text box appear explaining the specific skill/stat/equipment requirement when mousing-over the grayed out 'missing requirement' icons next to the item in question (that I have encircled in the attached picture).

It would help immensely when trying to map out a char from an item requirement direction.
