QOTW: What's one of your fondest memories you remember when you first started playing 7 Days to Die?

My friends and I used to gather in the evenings after work and hang out in TeamSpeak while we played for hours. This was years ago, but I remember it like yesterday. Sometimes I wish I could go back in time just to relive those days.
 
My best memory is the very first time I played and I spent the night on the wall in the junkyard out in the desert. I'll never forget how relieved I felt when the sun came up and they weren't running anymore. The main room was full of zombies, I managed to kill them all anyway.
 
A10 i think, back when zombie Tom was the screamer, jumped down from the base wall just to be hit mid air right in the crotch with an arrow from my buddy.
 
Yup, hanging out with a friend on voice .. the silliest highlight of that was when we were trying to find ore / tunneling out of our base. I was digging a minimal 1x2, we couldn't both fit at the end of it. He was trying to dig with me (I main miner :P), but ended up chipping me every now and then. I told him to stop / go do something else .. but he wanted to help, so, he kept trying. Admirable, but... After a couple more chips, I pulled out my bow, drew it fully, turned and put one right between his eyes.
Instakill. The dead silence that followed on voice just absolutely sent me.

I hadn't even considered it'd be a one shot. :)
 
The game where I didn't find the forge ahead book until like week 3 and had to figure out how to survive with scavenged gear since I couldn't craft iron tools or weapons. It was maddening at the time, but really fun.
 
A17. I can remember the night of day 7 descending upon us (group of 4). First horde night I love experienced and we all managed to survive, though the house we were using as a base was mostly turned to Swiss cheese by the end of the night and we were holed up in the last upstairs bedroom killing them as they came single file into the door.

Second playthrough ever. Friend and I spawn in the wasteland. I walk up to the top of a hill literally behind me and there's a zombie bear at the bottom of the other side. We end up meeting up and occupied a ranger tower that is now a T3 POI (idr it's name). We were bewildered by the amount of zombies always near our base. The real hilarity occurred when I chopped down a power pole for wood and 2 seconds later my friend is screaming "OH S*** RUN" as we both got run down by a wandering horde of zombie dogs that was led by a zombie bear. LMAO
