Windows Purple Pimp Hat

Hi there,

I redeemed the Purple Pimp Hat Twitch drop a while ago, but I still haven’t received it in-game. Other Twitch drops, like the Mo Power Hat and Mo Power Outfit, worked fine for me.

Is there any way to reclaim the reward, or could an admin possibly add it to my account manually?
