PC ps5 version unavailable for people who own ps4 version

i went to go buy the ps5 version this morning only to see it listed on the store as unavailable, when i clicked “learn more” on the store page it said i already owned the game.. but i still only have the ps4 version, if i delete and redownload the old verision, it does not give me the option to download the ps5 version either, this is very confusing and unhelpful.

Found away to get the version if you go on to different account  then you are able to get the ps5 version

This has been reported to the console team, and they are looking into it.

Mein Mann hat auch das Problem, aber wir haben das auch mit einem anderen Koto versucht, aber es geht nicht. haben sogar alles von dem alten 7Days auf beiden Konten gelöscht. Diese Meldung kommt immernoch

Ya it's pay day and tried to buy it and can't because I already own it but the one I own is the old version WTF is happening

Please fix the bug where I can't buy the game because I own the old one or at least tell us what's happening and why we can't buy it there are literally thousands of people all over Reddit and the TFP forums in just the last couple of days who have been talking about the exact same thing and if the problem is that the old version is the issue then give us a way to un-own it or something so we can buy the new one.

There was another thread about this from Friday. One of the mods said it has been reported to the console team so they are aware and working on it. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

It looks like its available now but due to the issue now is its full price instead of the discounted price for those who had it before. Due to the issues of being unable to get it before this issue it forced those who weren't able to get it before the issue to pay full price now. Great thanks alot guys
