**PS5 v2.5 b32 Performance Report: Chunk/Streaming Instability (Repro + In-Game Debug)**

**Summary:** Cities/POIs cause severe memory/streaming thrash even on fresh lvl0/GS0 worlds. Heap pins at 98-100%, MountScope "savedata0" mount/unmount loops, FPS collapses to teens—even standing still after exploration. Not graphics load: Chunk streaming + persistence + PS5 RAM/SSD interaction.

**Observed Debug Data (aiddebug / showchunkdata):**

**Pattern:** Heap rises (vehicles/turrets/AI ticks) → max → GC hitch → repeat. v2.5 RWG/AI changes + console SSD = regression (pre-2.5 milder).

**Reproduction Steps (Required - Fresh World, 5min Test):**
1. New Game > Advanced Gen: 4km Forest RWG, Max Spawned Zombies=4, Walkers only, No Blood Moons/Storms/Biomes, Performance Mode/View Distance=1/FSR Off.
2. Pause > Options > General > "Open Console Button in Pause Menu" = ON.
3. In-game: Pause > Console > `aiddebug` (toggle ON for spam) + `showchunkdata` (heap/chunks).
4. Forest idle 1min: Screenshot console/FPS (Share > Recent > Edit > FPS overlay).
5. Drive/explore into city/POI, idle 2min: Screenshot again—watch heap climb, FPS tank, MountScope spam.
6. `aiddebug` OFF > `saveworld`.

**Platform:** PS5, v2.5 b32 (post-Jan 26 vehicle hotfix). SP/MP tested. Attachments: Debug screenshots (forest vs city), FPS vids.
