PS PS5 forced 3.1.0 install to start

I cant join the multiplayer world, my friend is inviting me to. Please fix this asap!
It started after the prev. update on PS5. (1.310.001)

If you had an update today, then it was probably that. PS I think accidentally got the experimental 3.1.0(b13) update.

Hey there,
My PS5 made an update to 3.1, it forced me to install, otherwise the game didn't start. Now i have 3.1 installed, while it still shows the 3.0.1 stable banner on info window. Left bottom tells me, it runs version 3.1.0 b14.
Multiplayer shows a couple of servers and around 98 other players in europe. I cant join our community server anymore bcs it isnt visible. Since this is digital, a downgrade or uninstall of the update isnt possible either.

May the pimps please fix this asap?

As i understood, in some unexplainable way, the playstations got the experimental build. Dont know why or how, but that fuks up quite a lot.

You have to wait for the server to restart and install the update... I asume your comm server run on the old files... Remember it's still a beta

Strange thing is, Sony doesnt allow experimental versions. But somehow the playstations got it. That fuks up a lot of things.

Is it V3.1.0 (b13) or V3.0.1?

V3.1.0 (b13) is the latest experimental build that only PC should have and V3.0.1 is the latest stable build that everyone should have.

Yep it wasn't Sonys fault it was fun pimps... Xbox got that update aswell and can't play MP... Something happend I mean it's the fun police we talk about...

Just reporting what I've seen. Everything I saw said PS got it, not Xbox.

Same issue. Played fine with my friend the other day now tonight we tried and it says can’t load content on his end. Game is saved on my console and I can play just fine but he gets the invite and it says can’t load content or if he restarts it just freezes on the load screen. How does this escape testing ? Has to be the new patch they put out today????

It wasn’t a “new” patch, the update PS received was the unstable 3.1.0(b13) update which was only supposed to roll out on PC ended up rolling out on PS. Hence multiplayer breaking

Seems TFP had submittied 3.1.0b13 to Sony and MS for certification to get ready for a stable release, but Sony at least went ahead and pushed the update out for some reason when they weren't supposed to.

Ohhhhhh what in the heck. Hopefully the fix this fast totally sucks. Thanks for the info. We were looking up can’t load content crap and it says we had to restore data bases all kinds of dumb things and wouldn’t work anyway

Seemed you missed the "start without update" button. Download is started in the background but can be paused. I am able to start the 3.0.1 (b4) game without the update at this very moment. So no need to force the servers into the b14 version, just stop the download in time.

Just stop the download... Yeah you funny man you need in every game on playstation the newest version to play MP and now you have to pause it? Fun police should fix this asp... Console players was forced to buy it twice and still have to most problems such a worse Studio man
