PC PS4 where's the Herbal Antibiotic book?

I've been playing a year now, have searched high and low. Still have not come across this book... any ideas, directions would be greatly appreciated

Mountain Man chest, can be found in Navezgane Canyon or some other POI's.

Ask in the Console section rather than the PC section and you may get more relevant answers.

You use to get them from treasure chests but I haven't seen them in them for a long time now.

They can be found in supply crates too, RNG is probably playing with you.
