Props and Deco Wishlist

So as an avid prefabber I've had a few wishes for decorative items to be added to the game for a while now:

New Truck Wraps that don't necessarily require whole new models, but could simply be texture variants for existing Working Stiff work trucks maybe these could include just a bespoke topper like the ladder but instead something like a tv camera, ice cream decal, water cannon for each theme:

SWAT Truck

News Truck

Maybe something silly like an Ice Cream Truck or Taco Truck

Décor Props:

Casino Décor like Slot Machines, Card Tables, Marble 'esc Statues

Electronics like professional cameras with tripod for news stations, shopping networks, film and tv sets

Pay Phone model maybe with similar building shapes to bathroom cubicles for phone booths

Variant model of the atm machine similar to safes or the AC plates for wall mounting

Wider variation in brush textures would also be appreciated. 

 
Abandoned Vehicles (Non Driveable)
Old Rusted Bicycle
Abandoned Helicopter
Small Vans in Plain White and Plain Black

Trigger Key Rack
Keyring Chain - A 1/4 block size keyring with keys, as an alternative to the wall key racks. That we can then put on the floor next to a corpse as if they dropped the keys.

Small Decor
Pile of Empty Food Cans
Pile of Papers (Forms/Letters/Documents etc)
Door Mats
Small Wire Animal Cage (Hamster Cage etc)
Fish Tank / Aquarium
Jerrycan
Propane Tank(s)
Different Variants of the Boxes (the ones on a pallet, non-pallet, small stack of boxes, single box) - As these are used A LOT as fillers.

Electronics
Wall & Desk Phones
Vacuums / Hoovers
Stereo / Record Player
Printer
