PC Problems with the gameplay

There is almost nothing on the Internet about my problem, so I decided to write here, and so after the start of the game after some time, the picture starts to get very distorted and everything starts to be as if soapy. Nothing helps in the settings, this happens only in alpha 20.

Yeah black text on a dark background is not helpful.
