Please read the Pinned thread on How to Report an Issue before posting your issue.  If I could guess your problem based on that lack of information I would be a multi-billionaire from winning the lottery all the time. (Because the odds of a win are about the same.)

We need the full log and as unholyjoe already said, it is best to put the log into an online service like pastebin and just post the link to it here.

Until someone more knowledgeable comes by:

Your Simple UI mods, and probably others as well, are vastly outdated.

Here you can even find a post stating the exact same behaviour for some of these mods in A19.

You would have to get rid of them, replace them or revert to a beta before A19, maybe even before A18.
