Prefabs Collaose while Placing

How do I place a Prefab and not have it collapse? I'm Pretty sure its Directly on the ground.

I used this: <decoration type="model" name="<prefab Name>" position="610,60,891" rotation="2" />

But the prefab Collapased. what am I doing wrong?

The biggest issues would be air underneath. I try to set up placing them so the bottom block is in the ground. Adjust your elevation down one tick.
