Hey folks!

I have fallen head over heels in love with creating prefabs in 7 days to die, so I might as well start sharing them with you guys, right?

• All of my POIs can be freely used and modified as you see fit as long as you credit me.
  
• Feel free to add them to your overhaul mods and modify as needed, please include the KatsPurr name in the prefab file name.
  
• For game play and optimization, I have closely followed the guidelines used by the Magolis Compo Pack folks. So any POIs I release, should be balanced zombie, loot and gameplay-wise for their their respective tiers. Inner textures have been stripped, lights have been optimized etc.

KATSPURR'S MODERN HOUSE PREFAB PACK

This pack contains various custom prefabs for houses that have a modern and contemporary style. There are tiny houses for those who have always wanted to live in a "tiny house" in 7 days to die, but also larger buildings. Each building offers the full 7dtd POI experience with zombies, loot, quests and hidden surprises etc. But where these buildings really shine is in offering players a super luxurious house to live in (once they've cleared out the zombies of course!).

More houses will be added to this pack later on, so keep checking back if you want more!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING:
1. Download the zip from NexusMods: https://www.nexusmods.com/7daystodie/mods/2435
2. Unpack the contents into the following folder on your C-drive:  \AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\LocalPrefabs\
3. If you don't already have a \LocalPrefabs\ folder, you can just make one manually. Remember it is case sensitive.
4. Start up the game and generate a new world.

TERMS OF SERVICE:
You are free to use and modify this prefab as you see fit, as long as you credit me. So for instance, if you include the prefab in your own overhaul mod, please include the name "KatsPurr" in the POI name.

These new additions look too good to use, and with the fire mod, shotguns, and general zombie clawing, it's lucky a quest restart will return them to pristine condition.

These would all come together nicely in a gated luxury community 'last stand' tile.
