So I was reading some of the challenges and came across this one in the picture, Why did they feel like a cooldown was needed? stealth is mostly useless in poi's with most spawns knowing where you are once triggered anyway. Yes I am aware of the assassin set bonus, but still, second you pop back out they just going to resee you again. Its never had a cooldown before and I don't think i've ever seen a game have one on this either. Is this just yet another way to nerf stealth/make the game into more of a slog than it already was?
