PC Possible bug?

Been playing a lot of multiplayer with my girlfriend and a friend of mine and we have all experienced a weird bug with pipe bombs. If you throw one and you're holding another, they both explode, usually causing some pretty devastating damage. I figured it to be a bug because if I swap my item in hand right way after I throw it, it doesn't happen again. Playing on unstable build, so all is forgiven and I passed my knowledge to them right away. Worth noting in case it happens to you.

Yeah, it's been reported and I think it's technically fixed, but according to unholyjoe it may or may not make it into a A19.* build.

I noticed since the 19.1 release that when you pull the pin of a grenade and throw it the next grenade already has the pin pulled as well.  So I'm guessing that is what is happening with the pipe bombs as well since lighting it is the equivalent of pulling the pin.

I really hope they get this fixed soon.  Makes explosives very dangerous to use if they might explode in your hand if you aren't quick enough to switch to something else after throwing it.
