[Polish/QoL] Scope Graphics

I would love to see an overhaul to the current scopes in game. Instead of it being a simple black background with a circle in the middle, i'd love to see an actual 3d scope, a blurry background, moving the camera moves the scope a little, Look at other games for examples, such as Tarkov, they did their scopes very well.

I think this is important, alongside some better animations for weapons over all, as currently it feels very janky and uncomfortable, in my eyes its one of the essential steps devs need to take to turn this into a polished experience.

 
Tarkov is 100% shooter game, lets look at other genres mixes first and see if they do better. I personally haven't played ark for example, but as that seems to be a genre mix with shooter elements as well (correct me if I'm wrong), does Ark have better scopes and animations?
