I spent some time in the arctic on the Greenland Ice sheet. While I had a bit of time off from ice core drilling, we got to spend a bit of time exploring an abandoned radar station leftover from the cold war. I am positive that it would be a great POI for the winter BIOME. The Dye2 station would make a great creepy POI. I have tons of pictures of all the interior and exterior that I could share if you are interested in adding it to your game.

Aside from that, cool little video. Thanks! It makes me curious to go look what else is availabe. My dad was stationed in Greenland during WWII doing weather stuff. I think they'd send balloons up and monitor weather trends. Don't know what else they might have done. I know he grew a beard while he was there, lol.

 
There are two Dye stations on the Greenland Ice sheet that were/are there during WWII. There was a mixture of spying/listening to the Soviets, some ice core drilling and weather monitoring at the time. There is a very good chance that if he was, Dye-2 or Dye-3 was it. The Summit station or a version of it was there at the time as well. He might have also been stationed at the base up north, but that one was primarily for military use.

Oh...and another snow biome POI could be a world seed bank! Big, creepy, and with some useful loot. :)

 
i'm currently refitting my super carrier to be a poi. Having it float in the water is not possible currently so i modded it to look like it had got stuck going through the ice,abandoned and over time snow drifts build up etc. The snow biome is my favorite it has greater challenge and rich atmosphere love it. It's not finished yet but i'm close hopefully get it finished before A18 fingers crossed.

Great idea OP, would fit perfectly not only for the game, also would be a great place for a horror movie.

And damn campellh24, thats some kickass POI.
